You will have access to a base version of your product and the latest cumulative patch for that version. Included in the version will find documentation for the product such as: User Guide, Configuration Guide, Technical Installation Guide, and other supporting documents when appropriate.
You will also find more documentation in the Knowledge Base.

Point fixes: Some products will have a product version containing point fixes. When you are directed in a ticket to apply a point fix, you should look for the software version identified as containing the point fixes. The standard Product Version will not contain point fixes.
